Return Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the return status.

  • If approved, you will receive a refund within 7 business days, applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized lighting products.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Late or Missing Refunds
